This page describes how the site is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users consulting it, pursuant to Legislative Decree196/2003 (Privacy Code) and EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR).

The browsing/usage data, described in the previous point 1, are used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation. The data may be used to determine liability if cybercrimes are committed against the website.

The personal data voluntarily provided by the users who visit the website shall be processed for the following purposes:

The personal data voluntarily provided by the users and the technical information strictly necessary for the provision of the service (browsing/usage data), will be processed as they are necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of ASC Italia S.r.l. in the publication and management of its website, as well as in order to improve its performance and content.

The processing of data will be carried out both manually and with the help of computer and digital means. The data will be stored both in paper archives and in electronic archives for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in point 2 and in any case, following the completion of these purposes, up to a maximum of 10 years.

Specific security measures are adopted to prevent loss of data, possible illegal or improper use of data and unauthorised access.

Aside from what is specified for navigation data, the data subject is free to provide the personal data requested by the various services available on the website. If this personal data is not provided, it may be impossible to respond to the request.

Where the conditions provided for by the regulations are met, the data subject may also claim the right to data erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right not to be subjected to decisions based solely on automated processing.

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, he/she has the right to revoke the consent given.
